Liveras Yachts to downsize
Liveras Yachts is planning to downsize its superyacht charter activities having sold both of its larger yachts — the 85m Alysia and 90.5m Lauren L.
Earlier this year it was made known that Alysia was up for sale but it has only now come to light that both were actually up for sale. The yachts were sold through Edmiston in association with Peter Insulls and Burgess.
Speaking to Superyacht Business Newsletter, Liveras director, Kyri Kyriacou said: "We now plan to downsize our operations having sold our two yachts. We are actively looking for a suitable yacht of around 50m to continue our charter business."
Jamie Edmiston told SBN: "Edmiston represented the buyers of both yachts, and they will now join our charter fleet and be run by Edmiston Yacht Management."
Alysia was on the market for an asking price of €85m and it is understood that she has been sold to a Middle Eastern buyer, and that she will be renamed Moonlight II.
