Two new marinas boost Turkey's superyacht facilities
In the past week two new marinas — both with superyacht berths — have been officially opened in Turkey.
The biggest — at Cesme — is a €13m investment which is able to accommodate yachts up to 60m.
The Cesme marina is a joint project between Camper & Nicholson Marinas and Turkish business group IC Ibrahim Cecen Holdings. Architecture is by Atelier Xavier Bohl — the designer of Port Grimaud in St. Tropez.
The second new Turkish marina is located at Yalova on the eastern side of the Sea of Marmara — close to Istanbul. This new facility offers berths up to 32m and is the latest addition to the portfolio of Setur Marinas — Turkey's largest marina operator.
