The ACA Marine refit centre at La Rochelle, France, has opened a new paint booth capable of accommodating superyachts up to 38m (124ft).

"It gives up the ability to produce higher quality work with the same price and reduced re-shoots," explains Chris Atkinson, director of ACA Marine.

Since its start up three years ago, ACA Marine has steadily expanded and now employs more than 100 people.

Recent projects include the 94m Tatoosh, 71m Skat, 60m Cloud 9, and 63m Lionheart.
