A major new project to provide a high-class residential area close to Panama City in Central America will offer berths for superyachts up to 90m (295ft).

The project — Ocean Reef Island and Marina — is being developed by SmithGroupJJR (one of the US's largest architecture, engineering and planning firms), and will be built across two man-made offshore islands.

This project will also involve Grupo Los Pueblos — Panama's largest residential developers.

It is anticipated that the marina will offer more than 100 berths in total.
