Cruisers Yachts introduces customer service awards for dealers

At its recent dealer meeting, held at the Stone Harbor Resort & Conference Center in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, Cruisers Yachts presented its first-ever dealer awards for excellence in customer satisfaction. The choice to create its own award comes following the Miami Boat Show in February, when Cruisers Yachts was named a recipient of the National Marine Manufacturers AssociationÕs Marine Industry CSI Award for excellence in customer satisfaction in two categories: Inboard Express Cruiser Boats and Inboard Flybridge Sedan/Convertible Boats.

Five dealers received Cruisers Yachts own CSI Awards including: North Shore Marina of Spring Lake, Michigan; Krenzer Marine of Sodus Point, New York; Galati Yacht Sales of Anna Maria, Florida; Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; and ZollerÕs Marine Center of Croton-on-Hudson, New York.
