2004 Southampton Boat Show biggest yet

National Boat Shows (NBS), the subsidiary of the British Marine Federation (BMF) that runs the London Boat Show, Southampton Boat Show and British Marine Trade Show, says this year's Southampton Boat Show will be the largest ever.

According to NBS, this year's show - which takes place 10-19 September - will have 20 per cent more exhibition space than last year's show, and will cover 29.6 acres.

The 2004 sees the opening of a brand new area, Solent Park, which will host the Honda Formula 4-stroke racing finals over the first weekend of the show.
