Isle of Man Yacht Forum names new officers

New pro tem officers have joined the Isle of Man Yacht Forum, which works to promote companies based on the island that are involved with the superyacht industry.
Robert Tobin of DÖhle Private Clients is now chairman, Bransom Bean of Fine Focus Ltd has become vice chairman, Lisa Osland of Abacus will be treasurer, Olivia Berry of Simcocks Yachts takes on the role of secretary, and Mike Dean of Equiom is in charge of marketing and promotions.
Forum activities include the creation of a website and attendance at international conferences and shows to promote the island, situated in the Irish Sea, as a centre for superyacht management.
Chairman Robert Tobin said that the forum, which was founded in 2004, welcomes new members. "We intend that the forum will continue to develop and grow, and we have plans to expand our promotional activities," he said in a statement.
