C&N appoints Grenada manager

By IBI Magazine

Camper & Nicholsons Marinas has chosen Clyde Rawls to serve as general manager of its new Port Louis development in Grenada, located in the Caribbean Sea.

Rawls has many years' experience in the industry, having managed three resort marinas in Florida, US — including the Bahia Mar Beach Resort & Yachting Center in Ft Lauderdale.

Port Louis marina is expected to be completed in spring 2009. Prior to this, Rawls will oversee the construction schedule, deal with new customer enquiries and manage the 50 fully serviced berths that are currently in operation.

From November he will also oversee the opening of nine additional slips for superyachts ranging from 75m-85m (246ft-279ft) in length.

When completed, Port Louis marina will offer more than 350 berths from 10m-90m (33ft-295ft). For more information, visit the company website at www.cnmarinas.com.
