Marine business latest stock price review

Brunswick Corp reports sales of net sales of US$1.5 billion for the quarter ended June 28, 2008, a 2 per cent decline compared to the same period a year ago. The company also reported a net loss of US$6.0 million for the quarter, compared with net earnings of US$56.9 million a year ago. Click here for the full story.

Marine Products Corp reports sales of US$55.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, a 17.9 per cent decrease compared to US$67.8 million for the same period a year ago. Volvo releases its second quarter results, reporting a 13 per cent increase in net sales to SEK 80.4 billion for the three months ended June 30, 2008.
