Gibbs Marine takes on Aicon

By IBI Magazine/Motor Boat & Yachting

Gibbs Marine Sales has become the UK and Ireland distributor for the Italian Aicon range.

Aicon builds a range of flybridge motoryachts from 56ft-85ft (17.1m-25.9m) and three hardtop sportscruisers from 62ft-82ft (18.9m-24.9m).

The latest models are the Aicon 58 Flybridge and the Aicon 62 Hardtop.

Aicon is also well into the development of a 100ft (30.5m) Navetta and a 48ft (14.6m) Lobster-style boat.

Don Bissessar, managing director of Gibbs Marine Sales, says: "We are delighted with this agreement. We will now be able to offer our customers both here and in the Mediterranean the larger boats they are seeking."
