Johnson Outdoors names Swedish distributor

Jan Comstedt AB has taken over the agency in Sweden for Johnson Outdoors' fishing brands Humminbird fish finders, Minn Kota trolling motors and Cannon downriggers. The company will also handle the distribution of the products.
"With these brands we form a new part of our company and widen our product range for the after sales market," says Mats Comstedt, managing director of Gothenburg-based Jan Comstedt.
Jan Comstedt, founded in 1983, delivers products to several well known boat builders as well as the after market. Jan Comstedt is official agent for brands such as Teleflex Marine, Kobelt, Johnson Pump, Marinco and BEP Marine.
Established in 1954, Johnson Outdoors develops and manufactures products for an active outdoor life. Its marine electronic department consists of four brands: Humminbird, Minn Kota, Cannon and Geonav.
