CML reveals strong order book

By IBI Magazine

Composite Mouldings Ltd (CML) in the UK has announced that its order book is almost full until 2011. The company, which builds GRP and FRP mouldings for leisure and commercial craft, also services clients in the architectural and construction markets, and specialises in wet lay-up and resin infusion techniques.

"This is a huge boost for Composite Mouldings and will bring some relief to the local area as we will be looking to employ skilled staff to fulfil these latest orders," says managing director Warwick Buckley. "We are still tendering for several other projects which, if successful, will put us in a position to start expanding our premises."

Composite Mouldings operates from a 10,000sq ft factory in Marchwood, Southampton, where it also has a further 22,000sq ft of yard space. The company is able to take on projects of up to 30.5m (100ft) with its current capacity, and is said to already have in place arrangements for a possible expansion.
