Medina International acquires Harbor Guard Boats

Medina International has completed its acquisition of Harbor Guard Boats. According to a statement, the two California-based boat builders will offer fire, rescue and patrol boat lines that range from 3.6m-11m (12ft-37ft).

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the statement said Harbor Guard had sales of US$693,455, US$575,110 and US$1,478,479 for the years ending April 30, 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively.
