Haines Hunter appoints new dealer

Australian boatbuilder Haines Hunter has appointed Deegan Marine as its exclusive dealer for Tasmania. Based in Ulverstone, Deegan is a family owned and operated marine retailer that has been serving the Tasmanian boating community for nearly 40 years.
"Over the past 12 months we've looked at every area of our business, from our lean manufacturing processes through to our retail representation, to further improve our business and cement our position as Australia's premier trailerable fibreglass boat brand," says Haines Hunter director John Haber.
"While producing the highest-quality fibreglass boats in the country is a core focus, it's equally important the brand is represented in the best possible light — and we're very excited to have Deegan Marine onboard to help us achieve that."
Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Haines Hunter offers a 20-model range of fibreglass boats from 4.6m-8.2m (15ft-27ft) — the Breeze, Classic, Patriot, Prostrike, Prowler, R-Series and Sport Series. All boats come with a seven-year structural warranty.
