Fleming Yachts opens new European base

Fleming Yachts has opened a new office in the UK, Fleming Yachts Europe Ltd.
Located in Shamrock Quay Marina in Southampton, the office will take care of sales, marketing and service of all new and previously owned Fleming Yachts throughout Europe. It will provide a full range of services including new boat sales, brokerage, charter, service work, yacht delivery, commissioning and outfitting of Fleming
Yachts.
David Miles, who has been associated with Fleming since 1994 when he served as
captain of a Fleming 55 based in Norway, will be managing the new office. He has an extensive background in the marine industry, and his experience includes working on vessels up to 72m (240ft), managing a large UK marina, and serving as the European sales manager for the previous Fleming dealer in the UK.
Fleming Yachts offers three semi-displacement, raised-pilothouse motoryachts models: the Fleming 55, Fleming 65 and Fleming 75. Construction of Fleming Yachts began at the Tung Hwa boat yard in southern Taiwan in 1985.
