Najad and Greenline win environmental awards in Stockholm

By IBI Magazine / Lars Ake Redeen

The Swedish sailing yacht Najad 505 and the Greenline 33 motorcruiser from Slovenia have been named 'Best Environmental Boats' at the Stockholm International Boat Show running this week. The prize, awarded by the Swedish Boating Association (SBU), was presented last Wednesday by the Swedish environmental minister, Andreas Carlgren.

Prior to the show boatbuilders and distributors were asked to send in their nominations for the sail and motorboat they believed to be built in the most environmentally friendly way.
