ValvTect and Starbrite settle lawsuit

Star brite Distributing, Inc and ValvTect Petroleum sent out a joint statement saying that they have settled a lawsuit. The two companies have been in litigation since early 2009 regarding an advertisement comparing their respective products. The lawsuit was settled last week in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, according to court documents. "We are very pleased that we have resolved this dispute and look forward to bright futures for both our companies," said Peter Dornau, president of Star brite and Jerry Nessenson president of ValvTect jointly in the statement.
