Baltic teams up with Nautor

Finland's Baltic Yachts and Nautor have signed an agreement that will see the two yards share their workforce, according to Finnish daily paper Vasabladet.
Initially, some designers at Nautor have been hired by Baltic to strengthen the company's planning.
"In the beginning this deal will affect between 10-15 people, but the numbers may vary depending on our needs," Marjo Keiramo, managing director at Baltic Yachts, told the paper.
The cooperation is a way of keeping employees busy during down-time and keeping local craftsmanship within the area, says Keiramo.
