Raymarine opens sales and service centre in Denmark
By IBI Magazine
Marine electronics manufacturer Raymarine has formed a wholly owned international sales and service centre in Denmark.
Raymarine Danmark, which previously served as independently-owned Raymarine distributor Aage Hempel Denmark, will handle sales, service and distribution of Raymarine products throughout the country.
The company will move from its existing location in Valby to new premises in Køge. The offices will open on October 1, 2010.
Several Aage Hempel personnel have joined Raymarine Danmark, including Michael Krumbaek who becomes country manager and Soren Hansen who takes up the post of sales consultant responsible for dealers in Denmark. Paul Dale Farm is the internal customer support and administration manager, with Christian Ryborg responsible for product service and support. Both have previously worked at Aage Hempel for many years.
