Spanish shipyard Astondoa has expanded its portfolio with 66 GLX, a 20.5m motoryacht that joins its Flybridge series. The full lineup also comprises five models ranging from 13m-24m (44ft- 80ft).
The new Astondoa 66 GLX combines details and innovations from Astondoa’s century range with an exterior design that builds on the existing 80 GLX model.
Special attention has been made to create generous, useable spaces. The boat features large windows throughout and it is offered with a degree of personalisation, the builder says.
With 5.12sq m, the flybridge boasts the most usable space of all competitors, Astondoa claims. “The newly design creates the feeling that you are on board a much larger yacht and has been designed with both entertaining and relaxation in mind with extensive seating throughout,” the boatbuilder says in a statement.
Another distinctive feature is the sideways, which are designed with a single step at the end of the first third. “This sideways layout makes it possible to design a flybridge with a maximum beam solarium, tender and jetski so it stands out from competitors,” the shipyard claims.
The motorboat is equipped with Volvo Penta IPS1200, she is capable of reaching a top speed of 32 knots and 26 knots of cruising speed.
