Fort Lauderdale-based boatbuilder Roscioli Donzi Yachts has presents its new 17m custom sport cruiser R-58 at FLIBS 2016.

The company says the latest edition to the Roscioli Donzi line is a top performer with contemporary finishes and first-class amenities.

“Ensuring the best ocean experience, the Sport Cruiser is equipped with twin 1925hp Caterpillar diesel engines, which are the largest in the R-58 line to date with projected speeds of 45 knots,” the company explains in a statement.

The new R-58 also features Von Widmann Design underwater exhaust, Seatorque oil bath shaft system and a Seakeeper 16 Gyro.

Interior layout

The interiors of this 17m yacht are said to be remarkably spacious with 2m (6’7’’) headroom throughout the salon, three staterooms, and heads.

All cabinetry is custom made by Roscioli, which include quartz countertops and veneered galley cabinets.

Among the unique features on this custom R58 is the motorized aft salon window and complete wraparound windshield, one of the largest produced in the country, the boatbuilder claims.

In addition, the deck features pop-up cleats, custom rod holders, hydraulic mechanized outriggers and a custom stainless steel handcrafted anchoring system.

“We are excited to showcase our newest Roscioli Donzi R58. We are a dedicated team of professionals who pride ourselves with the knowledge, expertise and great ability to deliver custom vessels with unmatched versatility and satisfaction,” says CEO Bob Roscioli.
