Air conditioning and sanitation specialist Dometic Marine has appointed Chris Rohrer as its account manager for aftermarket sales. Based in Annapolis, Rohrer will be responsible for further strengthening sales as well as supporting existing aftermarket customers in the Eastern and Midwest regions.
Business Marketing graduate, Rohrer joins Dometic Marine with 5 years’ experience in the marine industry and a combined 10 years in developing technically oriented sales and marketing initiatives.
As part of his new position, Rohrer will be working alongside Ken Taranto, vice president of US aftermarket sales. “The expansion of our aftermarket sales team is reflective of our strategy to offer exceptional support and service and will enable us to further strengthen relationships with customers in the region,” comments Taranto.
Dometic Marine supplies a broad range of air conditioning, sanitation and other equipment. Its portfolio of brands includes Cruisair, Marine Air and SeaLand as well as its own Dometic brand.
The company has a worldwide marine network of trained and certified sales and service teams to support OEMs globally.
