Monaco-based boatbuilder Wally has launched Wallly Casa, the fourth unit of the 26m wallyace displacement line. The yacht is getting ready for the sea trial before delivery to her American owners, which is scheduled for the end of April.
With this model, the Monaco-based boatbuilder introduced a layout featuring the owners/VIP quarters aft with sliding glass doors giving access to the aft platform, which has been branded Wally Terrace-on-the-sea.
This project also reflects Wally inside-outside concept, which is based on inside living areas that extend outside and vice versa. This concept was introduced with the sailing superyacht Tiketitan, in 1998.
In addition, the aft platform on this Wally Casa has been extended by over one meter than that of the previous units.
A first of Wally Casa is the outdoor custom hot tub located in the forward social cockpit of the main deck. Also, she can accommodate a 5m tender. The garage is located amidships over the engine room with direct access to the crew and service area, and separates the guest and crew quarters.
This 26m wallyace offers accommodation for seven guests in three cabins and a crew of four.
The propulsion system onboard comprises 2 x 345 bhp Caterpillar C12 and 2 x FPP propeller on shaft lines & skegs
The new Wally Casa will cruise around the Mediterranean during the summer, and head to the Caribbean at the end of the year, on her way to her home port in Baja California, Mexico.
