Riva’s Superyachts Division has unveiled rendering of the second of its new design styles. While the first of Riva’s superyachts was clearly inspired by its fast coupé models, the 86 Domino and 122 Mythos, the new CGI renderings of this concept show a yacht that’s more classic in form, yet somehow still a true Riva style.
The superyacht range consists of two different lines destined to grow in parallel on different naval platforms, from 50m to 60m and 70m and up to 90m long.
The first line is characterised by classic, timeless forms inspired by the legendary history of the brand. The second, sportier and more aggressive, will evoke the latest generation of Riva coupés, which led to the creation of masterpieces like the recent 76’ Perseo and 88’ Domino Super.
The evolution of this fleet is under the care of an ad hoc engineering and design team that is already at work alongside the Riva s ales and marketing team and designer Mauro Micheli and Officina Italiana Design, the firm that for over twenty years has placed its unmistakable signature on all the yachts built by Riva.
