Dilbar was towed from Hamburg to Bremen on Tuesday

Dilbar, the 500ft superyacht linked to Russian billionaire and Vladimir Putin associate Alisher Usmanov, was towed from Hamburg to Bremen on Tuesday night. It had been seized back in March.
