Bruno Thivoyon

Chief Executive Officer, Groupe Beneteau

Bruno Thivoyon is Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Beneteau.

Previously he was Deputy CEO in charge of Finance, Legal and IT Systems from January 1 to June 17, 2022. He joined Groupe Beneteau in January 2020 as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Bruno Thivoyon began his career in 1998 with Valeo, after graduating in both industrial systems engineering and from IAE management school. Over 22 years, he held several finance positions, at its headquarters then in various business units. From 2012, he was Vice-President Finance for its Visibility business group, specialized in developing and producing lighting and wiper solutions for auto manufacturers, then from 2018, he was Vice-President International Development and Strategic Partnerships. He was notably involved in three acquisitions in Europe, North America and Japan, as well as their integrations, and was a director of Ichikoh, a company listed in Japan.

Johan Inden is President and CEO of Nimbus Group (publ) and a seasoned leader in the global marine industry. Prior to joining Nimbus Group, he served for many years as President of the Marine Business Unit at Volvo Penta.

In addition to his executive roles, Johan has served as Chairman of Humphree AB and ZEM (Zero Emission Marine AS), contributing to the industry’s transition toward sustainability and advanced marine technology.

With a background spanning venture capital, technology-driven companies, and industrial leadership, he brings a broad and strategic perspective on building successful businesses in a rapidly evolving marine sector

Hakan Kefoğlu

General Manager, AIATA

AIATA, the boat brand developed by Anadolu Motor and part of the Anadolu Group brand portfolio, appointed Hakan Kefoğlu as General Manager of Anadolu Motor Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. In this role, Mr. Kefoğlu oversees the company behind the development and production of the AIATA brand.

Mr. Kefoğlu brings more than twenty years of experience in international business development, export management, engineering, and commercial strategy across a variety of industries, including automotive, consumer goods, and manufacturing.

Most recently, he served as R&D Group Director at Anadolu Isuzu, a role he held from 2023 until his appointment at Anadolu Motor. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s research and development activities, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and contributing to the development of new technologies and products.

Prior to this, Mr. Kefoğlu served as Commercial Functions Group Director at Anadolu Isuzu, after spending six years as International Sales Director between 2015 and 2021. In that role, he led the company’s international sales operations, developed overseas business opportunities, and contributed to the expansion of Anadolu Isuzu across numerous foreign markets.

Throughout his career within Anadolu Group, Mr. Kefoğlu has consistently held positions with a strong international and commercial focus. Since joining the Group in 2010, he held export management roles at Ana Gıda before moving to Anadolu Isuzu, building extensive experience in international markets, export development, and global business relationships.

A graduate of Koç University’s Department of Business Administration, Mr. Kefoğlu speaks English and German.

Patrik von Sydow

CEO, Numarine

A Swedish national with an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Patrik worked for SAAB in Sweden and for the General Motors and Isuzu Motors joint venture in the UK, heading up a car production plant through the early days of implementation of lean manufacturing.

In 1995, he became head of all operations at Sunseeker. Starting from the early 2000s, he held the position of Managing Director of leading British yacht builder Sealine, as well as ASSA ABLOY across the UK and Middle East, followed by CEO roles at Danish Yachts, Arctic Trucks International, and for the last seven years, CEO of Turquoise Yachts, a world-leading superyacht builder.

Since late 2025, he has been CEO of Numarine, a shipyard where he previously held the same role.

Stefan Zimmermann Zschocke is Chief Executive Officer of Oyster Yachts, a globally recognised luxury sailing yacht brand renowned for blue-water capability, craftsmanship, and timeless design. He brings extensive international leadership experience across premium engineering and manufacturing businesses, paired with a deep personal passion for sailing.

Prior to Oyster, Stefan led global operations, engineering, product development, and commercial performance for one of the world’s largest sailing-yacht manufacturers. His work focused on elevating quality, accelerating innovation, expanding international sales, and developing new markets, while strengthening industrial excellence in the premium sailing segment.

Earlier in his career, he held CEO, COO, and transformation roles within high-value, technology-led and premium brands, where he drove profitable growth through market expansion, professionalisation of sales organisations, brand repositioning, and disciplined execution. He has successfully led businesses through growth phases, IPOs, and integration into global luxury portfolios.

A committed blue-water sailor himself, Stefan sees luxury sailing as the fusion of craftsmanship, advanced engineering, and adventure. At Oyster, his focus is on expanding the brand’s global reach while safeguarding its heritage—delivering yachts that combine elegance, performance, and the confidence to explore the world in comfort and safety.

Pontus Fernstrom

EMEA Marine Segment Director, Garmin

Pontus Fernstrom has served as EMEA Marine Segment Director at Garmin since 2013, leading the company’s marine business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and regional growth of Garmin’s marine division throughout the EMEA market.

In addition to his regional leadership responsibilities, Pontus Fernstrom is a member of the Marine Board of Directors for Garmin’s global marine business, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s worldwide marine strategy. With extensive experience in the marine technology industry, he plays a key role in advancing Garmin’s position as a global leader in marine electronics and navigation solutions.

Vittorio Bichucher

President, Venture Boat Group, Brunswick Corporation and General Manager, NAVAN Boats

Vittorio Bichucher is President of Brunswick Corporation’s Venture Boat Group and General Manager of NAVAN, Brunswick’s newest boat brand. Since joining Brunswick in May 2024, Vittorio has led the development, launch, and global rollout of NAVAN, establishing it as the fastest-growing brand at retail within Brunswick Boat Group.

A qualified naval architect and marine engineer with a degree from the University of Michigan, Vittorio brings a distinctive blend of technical depth and commercial strategy to brand building. Prior to Brunswick, he spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner, advising clients on growth strategy and consumer insight.

His leadership of NAVAN, anchored by the breakthrough S30 and C30 models and the brand’s patented T-Step Hull, has been recognized across the industry. In November 2025, Vittorio received the Rising Star Award at the IBI/METSTRADE Boat Builder Awards in Amsterdam, honored for exceptional leadership and technical expertise in bringing an entirely new exploration boat brand to the global marketplace. The NAVAN S30 was named winner of the “Weekenders up to 40ft” category at the 2026 Motor Boat Awards, and Vittorio was named to Boating Industry’s 2026 40 Under 40 list earlier this year.

In his expanded role, Vittorio also oversees Bayliner, Trophy, Quicksilver, Uttern, and Heyday, guiding strategy, product innovation, and brand growth across some of Brunswick’s most globally recognized nameplates.
