Centralised electronic boat registration to take effect in Italy this month

Plans by Italian marine industry association UCINA to introduce a centralised electronic register for recreational boats is to take effect on March 14, 2019. The move follows a three-year commitment by UCINA to introduce simplified rules and transparency.
