Australia’s Clipper Motor Yachts has announced the third new model in its ‘6 models over 6 days’ campaign.
The 16.7m Cordova 51 is designed to handle the harshest offshore blue water conditions combined with onboard luxury and practical elegance.
Clipper’s state-of-the-art accommodation layout maximises the cabin spaces with a two-cabin and double ensuite arrangement.
The layout features a spacious owner’s suite with generous ensuite bathroom and a separate VIP cabin located forward, also with its own ensuite bathroom.
Large open areas are located everywhere throughout the yacht, with a huge entertaining cockpit, extended flybridge overhang, oversized swim platform and single level, indoor saloon and galley arrangement.
Clipper’s renowned features are also included, such as a large teak-laid fibreglass staircase to the flybridge, a fibreglass hardtop on the flybridge, and a massive rear flybridge area that can be used as an entertaining area.
Twin Cummins 550hp QSB diesel engines allow the Cordova 51 to cruise comfortably at 17kt with an estimated top speed of 24kt. However, the semi-displacement keeled hulls will sip on fuel at 8kt using 26 litres an hour or less, giving amazing range for long passages, says Clipper.
