Dignitaries from the Bahamas and Cayman Islands attend Ft Lauderdale show to promote boating in the Caribbean

With the Bahamas just 50 miles off the Florida coast, and the Cayman Islands another 400 miles to the northeast, the two island nations are targeting the South Florida boating market with a full contingent of dignitaries making their way to the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) to lure boating visitors and their tourist dollars.
