Heesen Yachts says demand for more sophisticated interiors requires more space and equipment
Heesen Yachts has increased its capacity by opening a newly expanded interiors hall at Winterswijk, a one-hour drive from the Heesen build halls in the central Dutch town of Oss.
The Dutch superyacht maker said in response to growing demand for yachts of greater size and volume, it is hiring 30 additional workshop employees, raising the workforce there to 130.
Heesen says demand for ever more sophisticated interiors requires more space and equipment.
Heesen is one of the few shipbuilders in the world with an in-house department dedicated to the manufacture of yacht interiors staffed by draftsmen, cabinet makers, upholsterers and joiners.
