Ferretti Group and Sanlorenzo ready to buy Perini Navi if bankruptcy confirmed

Outcome depends on decision from Florence Appeal Court

In response to yesterday’s IBI news story that Fenix Srl, the owner of Perini Navi, has negotiated a possible rescue deal for the iconic Italian sailing yacht builder, Sanlorenzo and the Ferretti Group have indicated that they are ready to proceed with acquiring the brand if the bankruptcy is confirmed.
