Garmin International has signed an exclusive supply agreement with North Carolina-based Regulator Marine that will see Garmin electronics offered as standard equipment on all Regulator boats from 23ft-41ft, including the company’s new 26XO centre console crossover.

“Every new 2020 model year Regulator will come standard with a Garmin electronics package,” said Regulator Marine president and co-founder, Joan Maxwell. “From quality to innovation, our customers want it all and we know from our years of experience working together, that Garmin is the perfect fit.”

Regulator made the announcement last week at its annual dealer meeting. Garmin GPSMAP 8600 chartplotters with screen sizes ranging from 12in-17in will now be installed as standard equipment in most Regulator models, while boats over 28ft in length will come with dual 16in or 17in displays.

All 2020 Regulator models will also come standard with a Garmin VHF marine radio, with additional Garmin equipment available as optional upgrades.
