Italian boatbuilder OTAM has announced the sale of Hull No 6 in the OTAM 80HT series. Attitude is currently in build at the yard’s facility in Genoa and is due for delivery to its new owner in April 2020.

This latest project incorporates several firsts for OTAM, which worked on the yacht’s bespoke features with long-time partner Umberto Tagliavini and his team at Marine Design & Services.

Highlights include a custom foredeck design with large sunbed and height-adjustable table for improved liveability, a bespoke cockpit layout with dramatic increase in size and enough space to seat up to 10 guests around a table, a larger garage for a 3.95m Williams sport jet tender, and a third crew cabin next to the galley for enhanced service.

Attitude’s guest accommodation comprises a full-beam master suite amidships, a twin guest cabin on the portside and a second master cabin forward. The ceiling height in the latter has been maintained at a generous at 2.10m – remarkable for a sports yacht of her size, says OTAM.

The yacht is powered by twin MTU main engines (2600hp each) coupled to Arneson drives for a top speed of 47kt and a cruising speed of 40kt. Its performance and efficiency is in part thanks to its patent-protected, six-blade propellers developed by Rolla exclusively for OTAM.
