Informa completes financing programme as part of its Covid-19 action plan


New £150m bond issues and £1.850bn of short-term debt and loan placement cancelled

Informa, the organiser of key marine leisure events such as the Monaco Yacht Show, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and the China International Boat Show in Shanghai, has strengthened its financial position through the cancellation of £1.850bn of short-term debt and a US loan placement. With the announcement earlier this week of progress on a virus vaccine, Informa’s shares jumped over 20%.
