The Italian Sea Group – owners of Admiral Yachts, Tecnomar and NCA Refit – has secured backing from a Milanese fashion group and a Belgian pharmaceutical entrepreneur as it prepares for an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares on the Italian stock exchange Milan Bourse.
