The UK provider of protective coatings solutions is now known as MS Global Solutions

The UK’s MS Yacht Services, a global specialist for protective coating applications, has undergone a corporate restructure and rebrand under the name of MS Global Solutions. The move is part of the company’s growth strategy to diversify into construction, automotive, public transport, aviation and medical industries.

Established as specialists of protective coating solutions for the yacht industry in 2017, MS Global Solutions now provides surface protection services across yacht, aviation, construction, automotive, public transport and medical industries in the UK, British Virgin Islands and Dubai, to both trade and consumer audiences.

“The driving force behind the group restructure and rebrand was to create an identity that would allow us to consolidate the services we offer to different industries,” says Stefan Fisher, managing director of MS Global Solutions. “This comes at a time when the company is ready to move into its next chapter of our strategy.”

MS Global Solutions has undergone a period of rapid expansion over the past two years through significant growth of its international client base and setting up locations in BVI, Dubai and UK. The company has made significant investment in the R&D of its surface protection products that fall under the brand name of 2MS.

Fisher says: “We have welcomed new members to our board as part of the group restructure, each of whom are experts in their chosen fields. With the formation of MS Global Solutions, we endeavour to provide the same level of professionalism and quality that the company has become renowned in delivering cost efficient and transparent solutions for surface problems across multiple industries.”

MS Global Solutions is also in the process of managing the distribution of its protective coating products directly to the public [and trade]. To accommodate this, they have invested heavily in the regeneration of a warehouse in Plymouth, which will see 2MS products becoming available to the public for the first time.

Fisher also revealed plans for international expansion into Europe in 2020 as well as the development of green and eco-friendly solutions [where possible] on products that aim to reduce time and application costs for customers.
