Finland-based Nautor Swan, the Italian-owned builder of sailing yachts and superyachts, has named Simpson Marine as its exclusive agent for Asia. This begs the question, ‘Is Nautor Swan now owned by Sanlorenzo?’. The latter completed the acquistion of Simpson Marine back in March.
