Aim to create simpler, more efficient and effective business

The ongoing restructuring of the London, UK-listed, global engine and technology business Rolls-Royce (RR) will see the company reduce its current 42,000-strong workforce by some 6%, or between 2,000 and 2,500 jobs, over an unspecified period.
