Appeal Court says RMYC has no legal title to its Ta’Xbiex site

A complex land ownership dispute – the origins of which date back some 20 years – means that the Royal Malta Yacht Club (RMYC) is facing an eviction order that would require it to leave its waterfront site in Ta’Xbiex where it has been located since 2008.
