Sea Palace Floating Resort launched in Dubai
Located near Dubai Marina, the project is being developed by Seagate Shipyard and El Bahrawy Group at a cost of Dh600m ($165m/£124m). The Sea Palace Floating Resort consists of a hotel and six floating glass boat houses, each priced at Dh20mn ($5.4m).
