An application to be able to add Starlink to moving vehicles was filed back in March

A new filing with the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) indicates that SpaceX intends to take its Starlink satellite internet on the road, with a beefed-up receiver dish for use in harsh environments that could be mounted to cars, boats or planes.
