Challenge to be heard by Florence Court of Appeal tomorrow

The next move in the financial crisis which has hit Italian yacht-builder Perini Navi is set to play out tomorrow (April 16, 2021) at the Florence Court of Appeal. This action comprises a challenge by the Perini shareholding Tabacchi family and its company Fenix, against the January 29, 2021 decision to place the Viareggio-headquartered yacht-builder into bankruptcy.
