US broker shuts doors, files unfair trade practices lawsuit

South Florida-based company filed suit on January 3

A well-established South Florida yacht brokerage will announce its closure this week and the filing of legal action alleging “tortious interference with a business relationship, violations of the Florida Deceptive Practices Act, and unfair competition,” according to a complaint filed in Federal Court.
