Full-year net profit jumps 116% on continued high demand in all segments for US engine builder

Illinois, US-based engine builder Caterpillar Inc released its 2021 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results early Friday, reporting revenue gains of 23% for the quarter and 22% for the full year.
