Sanlorenzo shareholders approve €10million dividend

The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Sanlorenzo SpA was held today under the chairmanship of Massimo Perotti, approving the company’s financial statements for fiscal year 2020 as well as distribution of of a dividend of €0.30 per share, gross of withholding tax, for a total amount of €10.3 million.
