With just weeks to go until the 11th Boat Builder Awards for Business Achievement, held in association with Raymarine, preparations are in full swing to make this the most spectacular edition yet.

Jointly organised by IBI and Metstrade, with long-standing headline sponsor Raymarine, the 2025 Boat Builder Awards will once again celebrate the outstanding business achievements of individuals and teams across the global leisure boat and superyacht sector.

This year, 34 companies from the international leisure marine industry and its supply chain have been shortlisted for recognition.

The awards evening will take place on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, in a brand-new entertainment facility adjacent to Hall 8 at RAI Amsterdam, forming a key part of the expanded Metstrade experience. Guests will enjoy a gala dinner crafted by Dutch cuisine pioneer Luc Kusters, owner of a renowned Michelin-starred restaurant in Amsterdam.

For 2025, the awards have moved from their traditional city-centre location to the heart of the world’s marine leisure industry. This change not only reflects the event’s theme – ‘Back to the Source’ – but also allows extra time for boat builders and industry partners to network and enjoy a relaxed celebration of excellence in the sector.
