Boating Sanya 2024 will feature 130,000m² of exhibition space with both land and water displays

Sanya has emerged as a leader in China’s yacht tourism, with 1,367 yachts by the end of 2023, making it one of the country’s exclusive ‘Thousand-Boat Cities’. The city saw 161,100 yacht voyages in 2023, a 67.22% increase from the previous year, alongside over one million tourists, reflecting an 82.84% growth.

Boating Sanya 2024 will feature 130,000m² of exhibition space with both land and water displays. Leading domestic and international yacht brands will showcase the latest vessels, innovative technologies, and luxury lifestyle products. Visitors can explore sailboats, fishing boats, water sports equipment, diving gear, and marine art installations, with a focus on intelligent technology, new energy solutions, and creative design.

In addition to the main exhibition, industry forums on sustainable yachts and luxury trends, business matchmaking sessions, and award ceremonies will enhance networking opportunities. A new feature this year is inland river cruising, providing unique perspectives on the city. Themed activities such as ‘Yacht + Culture’, ‘Yacht + Red Wine’ and ‘Yacht + Social’ will further reflect Sanya’s fusion of yachting with lifestyle.
