As reported in yesterday’s IBI News, the joint organisers of the planned Hong Kong Yacht Show scheduled to take place next month appear to be in dispute. Following the announcement of postponement at the request of the majority of the key players in Hong Kong’s yachting industry, the local partner, the Hong Kong Cruise and Yacht Industry Association (HKCYIA), say they are planning to run the event using a different format. Andy Treadwell, CEO of Verventia, responded to IBI today.
