Former fishing guide faces additional fraud charges, lawsuit

A Forsyth County Georgia fishing guide who was arrested on a series of fraud charges in July was taken into custody for a second time last week, facing additional criminal charges, and now, a civil lawsuit filed by boatbuilder Carolina Skiff.
