Navico and Bavaria Yachts have signed an agreement in which Navico will become the exclusive supplier for the German boatbuilder. Bavaria will use B&G and Simrad brands on its sailing yachts, motorboats and catamarans.

“Navico is very proud of this collaboration with Bavaria Yachts and will continue to work with them to provide the best equipment available to sailing and powerboat enthusiasts,” says Leif Ottosson, CEO of Navico, in a statement.

Recent collaborations include the Bavaria C57 and C65, which are outfitted with B&G Zeus chartplotters. The Zeus series was launched at the end of last year. The Bavaria C57 and Bavaria C65 also feature H5000 instruments, which combine unique sailing features with race-proven technology.

Its new Bavaria R55 motorboat will come with Simrad NSS evo3 and Simrad 4G radar as standard.

Its Track technology has also been installed on two new Bavaria catamarans, the Nautitech 40 Open and Nautitech 46 Open. Track is designed to deliver a connected vessel solution that provides boat owners with onboard information. This information can be viewed from anywhere through the Track website on a boats owner‘s smartphone or tablet.
